By using this website or purchasing from Victor & Noble, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 

 

1. About Our Collection 

Victor & Noble specialises in original vintage artworks and objects sourced from France. 

Due to the age and nature of vintage pieces: 

  • signs of age, patina and wear may be present  

  • minor imperfections should be expected  

  • variations in texture, framing and finish form part of the character and authenticity of each piece

 

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe items. However: 

  • colours may vary slightly between screens and devices  

  • vintage materials naturally differ in appearance over time  

 

All items are sold as unique, one-of-a-kind pieces unless otherwise stated. 

 

2. Product Availability 

As our collection consists primarily of one-of-a-kind vintage works: 

  • availability is limited  

  • items may sell quickly  

  • we reserve the right to remove or cancel listings where necessary  

 

3. Pricing 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. 

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. 

 

4. Payments 

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. 

We do not store customer payment details. 

 

5. Shipping 

We ship within Australia and internationally where available. 

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to: 

  • customs processing  

  • courier delays  

  • seasonal demand  

  • international shipping conditions  

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 

Victor & Noble is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities or incorrect customer details. 

 

6. Damaged Items 

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@victorandnoble.com 

 

Please include: 

  • your order number  

  • photographs of the item  

  • photographs of the packaging  

  • photographs of any damage  

 

7. Returns & Refunds 

Due to the unique and vintage nature of our collection: ​

  • we do not guarantee exact colour appearance across devices  

  • vintage wear and age-related imperfections are not considered faults  

 

Refunds are only considered where: 

  • an item arrives significantly damaged in transit  

  • the item received is materially different from its description  

 

Approved returns must be shipped securely and insured where appropriate. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law. 

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. 

 

8. Intellectual Property 

All website content, including: 

  • photography  

  • branding  

  • written descriptions  

  • logos  

  • styling and creative materials  

 

remains the property of Victor & Noble unless otherwise stated. 

Content may not be reproduced or used without written permission. 

 

9. Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, Victor & Noble is not liable for: 

  • indirect or consequential loss  

  • shipping delays  

  • customs delays or fees  

  • website interruptions  

  • inaccuracies caused by third-party platforms or services  

 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. 

Any disputes arising in connection with this website or purchases made through it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
